Some Da Vinci Code slash drabbles!

Here are some drabbles I wrote recently - Silas-centric.

Title: Betrayed with a Kiss
Author: Angelica Albina
Fandom: The Da Vinci Code
Pairing: Rémy/Silas
Summary: Movie-verse. A kiss can mean many things…
Warnings: Slash (implied), religious imagery, mentions of flagellation and masochism
Rating: PG-13/mild R
Words: 215
Disclaimer: Don’t own anything here, no profit, suing is futile!
A/N: This fic is based more on the movie than on the book, but may contain spoilers for both. And in all fanfics written by me, Silas will have blue eyes, as in the movie, rather than red ones as in the book – real people with albinism do not tend to have red eyes.

A kiss can have many meanings.

This one masqueraded as a blessing, a simple touch of the supposed Teacher’s lips to Silas’s forehead. Silas accepted it with reverence, as if Jesus Himself had bestowed the kiss. Poor Silas, deluded like a child by his religion, Rémy mused. A pity that the monk had to meet the fate intended for him – there was an ethereal beauty about the man, like the marble statues of angels in cathedrals.

Rémy’s tastes mostly veered towards the charms of women, but he was capable of appreciating an attractive man from time to time, and Silas was an exquisite rarity. Without betraying a hint of his feelings, Rémy pictured himself disrobing the albino and running his exploring fingertips over taut muscles and pale flesh.

He had heard how these Opus Dei monks liked to flagellate themselves, and briefly wondered if Silas enjoyed pain. It would be quite a pleasant diversion to flog this man, to make him scream and beg for release, Rémy thought.

Rémy felt a mild twinge of annoyance and frustration at not being able to possess this monk, this man of God. But when the promised reward came his way, Rémy told himself, he would not rest until he had found for himself another so rare and glorious.

The domestic staff had been given the evening off, for Silas himself would be preparing supper for Bishop Aringarosa that night. He would create a simple but delicious French chicken dish, and a delicate dessert of cherries in pastry that his own mother had made for him as a child. Mentor and protégé would spend some precious time together, talking of God and The Way and giving thanks for having been brought together.

Brighter than blood, scarlet drops of cherry juice left stains on Silas’s strong, pale hands; his graceful fingers were vivid with warm redness. Bishop Aringarosa, standing in the kitchen doorway and watching Silas work, barely suppressed a gasp at the exquisite contrast. With infinite tenderness, the Bishop took a damp cloth and gently cleansed the monk’s white hands.

Red streaks left by the Discipline made the Bishop’s back ache as he knelt on his bedroom floor some hours later, praying over and over again that God would forgive him for his sinful thoughts about the monk. Bright bloody droplets stained the alabaster thigh of Silas as his cilice tightened; the monk struggled to banish images from his mind of the Bishop cleansing cherry droplets from Silas’s hands, not with a cloth this time, but with his tongue.

Silas knelt, the lashes stinging his back viciously. He was bleeding, and his eyes were damp with barely restrained tears. Sweat dampened the albino’s powerful body, yet he kept his back straight, surrendering himself completely to the man who was so severely chastising him.

“Pain is good,” he thought to himself silently as the barbs of the cilice pierced his pale thigh, and he struggled to suppress the arousal that ached unbearably and made him blush with shame.

Finally the flogging ceased, and Silas’s mentor was on his knees in front of him, dabbing the perspiration and tears from the albino’s face and placing a kiss on his brow.

“Dear child, you are becoming so much stronger,” Aringarosa whispered. “You will be able to do this for yourself soon – you will be a soldier of God, defender of The Way.”
